Beautiful bold colors depict Tarzan wrestling with a rope as a stressed out Cheeta looks on. Not sure why this exists exactly. There was no Tarzan movie that year. Did you know there were 45 Tarzan movies released between 1918 and 2005?

Former Sacramentan Michael Welch provided many illustrations for Tower's video magazine TVC, often of anthropomorphic dogs and other animals doing human things. His etchings were used as section graphics and he did many terrific pastel drawings for TVC and Tower Records Pulse! Magazine.

TVC was published from 1989 to 1991
