Rich green, pink and mustard hues depict a dog chanteuse crooning with a hipster dog piano player while a TV plays behind the bar.
Hand-signed in pencil by illustrator Mike Welch
Former Sacramentan Michael Welch provided many illustrations for TVC. His etchings were used as section graphics and he did many terrific pastel drawings for TVC and Tower Records Pulse! Magazine.
