This dramatic limited edition giclee print honors Sly and the Family Stone's first appearance at the Fillmore East on May 8, 1969. Clarence Carter and the Rotary Connection also appeared.
This is a new artist's edition of 100 prints, annotated, signed and numbered in pencil by David Byrd.
Includes my signed Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Guarantee (COA)

David Byrd has secured a large place in rock poster history. Along the way he has created some of the most iconic original and highly memorable poster images of all time. These include Jimi Hendrix, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, Lou Reed, and dozens more for not only the Fillmore East (where he was the only poster artist on staff), but for Broadway shows such as Stephen Sondheim's Follies, Tommy, Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell, Little Shop of Horrors and numerous others. He also consulted on the Harry Potter movie series and did many illustrations for Warner Bros.' Merrie Melodies.
