Product Description
In 1998, Mark Arminski was sued by the Dave Matthews Band and Phish for creating a couple of posters the bands say were not authorized. The suit was for $50,000 each. Of course, Mark himself didn't make much off the posters (mostly from the Phish) and that was over a period of years. Artrock, a co-defendant in the suit, paid their own legal fees and staged a benefit to help Mark pay his. This is the poster Mark created to publicize the event, which featured a number of posters donated by other artists and from Artrock’s Phil Cushway.
