This poster is a signed artist's proof of the final artwork accompanied by its original concept sketch. It was published by illustrator David Edward Byrd in 2013. The original sketch and subsequent image were created in September 1969 for Bill Graham's Fillmore East weekly program. Includes David's original sketch based on some figures from the Sears-Roebuck catalog, with, as David puts it, "some alterations to bring them up to Fillmore code." Byrd did a cover for the weekly programs every week the Fillmore East was open.
