Product Description

Leonard Cohen Yad Eliahu Sports Palace Tel Aviv Israel 1972 New Artist's Edition Poster Annotated, Hand-Signed and Numbered by David Byrd

This is an impeccable giclee printed on ultra-premium matte stock, hand-signed by David.

Numbered Edition to 100.

This is David Byrd's tribute to what is perhaps Leonard Cohen's most notorious concert, which saw security battling the crowds which became so unruly that Cohen reportedly took LSD as a coping mechanism. But, as the many bootleg tapes that can be found attest, it was a stunning performance, featuring early great compositions such as "Famous Blue Raincoat," "Suzanne," the then unreleased "Chelsea Hotel" as well as the apparent birth of "Song to the Machines," a tune he improvised at the concert in response to the Ramat Gan Stadium security staff.

This is a new artist's edition, annotated and signed in pencil by David.
Dimensions are: 16 1/2" x 22"

It is in flawless, mint condition
